What are the investigations done in emergency lab?

For special tests like FNAC & ELISA Tests. What is the waiting and reporting time?

One day waiting time.

When will we receive the report?

A specimen received for direct staining is reported within one hour. Culture and Sensitivity report takes 24-48 hours.

Will it directly reach the doctor concerned?

Theiris no facility available for dispatch of reports, but we have made adispatch cubicle at the entry of lab wherein reports are arranged wardwise.

Is emergency service available?

Yes

What are the working hours?

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Are the service free or paid?

Free of cost.

What are the investigation's available in lab?

As shown against each laboratory.

What are the types of vials for various tests?


Ans    Forglucose estimation : sodium fluoride/potassium oxalate. Forglycosylated hemoglobin estimation / Haemogram: EDTA Vaccutanerl. Allother biochemical tests : Plain Vaccutaner.
