Yes, they can be safely operated.

No charges of service but the patient may be required to purchase few necessary items for surgery which are not available in hospital supply at a particular point of time.

Yes, and it is being done routinely  in our department.

The concerned patient is examined in our OPD and then ,after relevant investigation we give a date for elective surgery.The patients however are dated based on first come first served basis,except for patients requiring emergency/early intervention.

Yes, they can be removed by rigid endoscopy.

Surgeries for absent anal openings, absent gut segments, neonatal tumors etc are routinely performed.
