Dietary Department: “Extended services for patients attendants & staff of LNH- a pilot project” combo meal @10/Rs (Rs Ten) during lunch time, on all working days.

Diabetic counseling & screening centre (DCSC) has been operational in, Room No. 327, 3^rd floor Main OPD Block w.e.f 15.06.2010 for the benefit of patients coming to Lok Nayak Hospital.

Departmental Canteen Timings:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Saturday: 09: 00 AM to 02:00 PM

Viral Hepatitis OPD has been started (Mon to Fri 09:00AM to 04:00PM & Sat. 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM) from 28.07.2019 and is running successfully at New Medical Block, LNH and has been declared Model Treatment Centre. NODAL OFFICIAL:

A printout of online OPD card facility is available for making of OPD card. One can himself/ herself make an OPD Card by visiting the website: https://ors.gov.in/orsportal/ and also take a print out of the card and visit LNH for OPD Consultation.
However, there will be no priority in respect to other waiting OPD patients.

PGMS Cell

Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (PGMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24x7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery. It is a single portal connected to all the Departments of Government of NCT, Delhi. Every Department have role-based access to this system.

The Department of Radio-diagnosis is conducting Training of Gynaecologist under PC-PNDT Act.

Special services

• Clinical Pathology undertakes routine as well special investigations including Hematology, Diagnosis of Thalassemia, Semen analysis. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC), Thyroid function tests etc.
• ENT cochlear implant, micro-ear & micro-laryngeal surgeries being done, Voice Analysis. Radiology diagnostic services including CT & MRI Free of charges.

LNH is Regional Blood Transfusion Centre catering to Sushruta Trauma Centre.

• The right to make complaint / suggestions.
• Services are delivered free of cost. No User charges. Financial protection given from the cost of Hospital services.

Patients Responsibilities

• Give us as much information as you can about your present health, past illness, allergies and any other relevant details.
• Follow the prescribed and agreed treatment plan, and comply with the instructions given.
• Show consideration for the rights for the other patients and the hospital by following the rules concerning patients conduct.
• Read all medical form including consent thoroughly prior to signing them. Secure the records given to you carefully.
• Do not ask us to provide incorrect information and certificate.
• Keep toilets clean after use & support the hospital in keeping the environment clean. Spitting & littering is not allowed, please use garbage bins.
• Wait patiently for your turn & maintain silence.
• Do not bring children below 10 years as visitors.
• Hospital is a smoking free zone.

• Follow the rules of the institution and try to help those who are sick.
• Seek help if and when needed but in case of rush, please follow the queue.

• Please respect the right of the elderly, freedom-fighters, pregnant women and DGEHS beneficiaries who are allowed preferential treatment.
• If you see something wrong happening, please report to area in-charge.
