Lok Nayak Hospital 
- Blood Bank LN Hospital is designated as Regional Blood Transfusion Centre (Central Zone). It caters the needs of Lok Nayak Hospital and other government and non-government hospitals located in central zone of Delhi. During shortage of any blood and blood components including rare groups in any part of Delhi, RBTC (cz) provides on availability of stock.
- RBTC organizes voluntary blood donation camps in Delhi and in NCR areas.
- Regular Counselling of blood donors found positive of Transfusion Transmitted Infection are done by a trained counselor.
- Blood Bank Laboratory Training of MLT students.
The Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing (NAT) Lab at LNH inaugurated in May 2025, is a high-sensitivity diagnostic facility for early detection of HIV, Hepatitis B, and C. It reduces blood screening time from 45 days to just two days, enhancing transfusion safety. The lab was inaugurated on May 29, 2025, by Delhi CM Rekha Gupta.
